CERN Upgrades To New $17 Billion Supercollider
The new chief of CERN is particle physicist Mark Thomson has got some big challenges ahead as he takes the helm at the large hadron collider in Geneva Switzerland next year. Well mainly there at 17 billion challenges, as he is trying to secure funding to build a colossal new particle smashing ‘Higgs Factory’.
